Thank you for your response. I was able to find Gingko at the garden center. I sampled enough to test the recipe.  

Thanks for pointing out the shortcomings of the 100 herbs book. We will improve it in the next version. 100 herbs Almost all plants produced are effective against aphids and mites.

Using Pokeweed to control moths is effective.
However, it is difficult to control the Spotted Lanternfly with this.
If suitable herbs are not available, sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and fine soil can be used instead. (40~60g based on 20L)
