I was introduced to JADAM organic farming method through the great book this year and I began experimenting with the methods mentioned in the book, mainly JLF, plus microorganism input. I made two seperate JLF's, rye from my cover crop I had planted on my farm plots, and red clover from another of my farm plots. I made the JLF with a 1/1 water to plant ratio, alongside the leaf mold soil. After waiting for it to ferment I began applying though I would only notice an increase in plant health after a 2/1 dilution of Water and JLF. I have seen other people use mycelium alongside leaf mold soil, and I only used leaf mold soil, could that be a reason the JLF is so weak? Also the water I use is rain water, and ive read that you should disconect the water flow for the first 30 minutes or so because of impurities in the water, I havnt done that so I don't know if that could be a factor. I am making a chicken manure JLF for next year hoping it will be stronger. Thanks for any feed back.
