Amphipyra monolitha Guenéefruit tree pest, forest insect pest
The first impression of Amphipyra monolitha Guenee was strong. I saw butch of them on the wall. They did not run away even though I approached them. They were quite big and strong. One day I got to know they damage leaves of apple tree. They started to appear a lot during spring. Therefore, I collected and raised them to see their process of growing. I found the difference with Amphipyra pyramidea, so I named it with Amphipyra monoitha Guenee for now.
