Composting non-organic substances

How, if at all, should products be composted that are very likely to contain pesticide residue in them? Banana peels and citrus fruit peels come to mind. Should they be put into Food Waste JLF, composted with gunnysack fermentation, some other way or discarded?

    Ingredients with pesticide residues can be fermented for 2 to 3 years by adding microorganisms, so that almost no pesticide residues are released.

    It is also good to mix food into JLF. It is also possible to fill the container with food in half and fill it with water.

      How should I manage a banana plantation (2.5 acres) by using JADAM method of fertilizing from the scratch? Cavendish grand nain (G9) is the cultivar. Thank you in advance for your comments and suggestions.
