Drip Irrigation under black ground cover

What kind of irrigation pipe is under the black ground cover that was shown in the youtube video on the visit to the JADAM farm (Nature's Always Right).  Is it pressure compensating drippers?  Or inline Drip emitters where the drippers are made into the tube?  I want to do this on raised beds.
