I can use it right away without any big problems. I made various soaps based on saponification value. I found that the manufacturing process was very difficult when making soap based on saponification value, so I found a new method that ignored saponification value.

Saponification value may still be valid information, but the manufacturing process is too difficult.

I wonder if it is because of the method, or perhaps needing to leave some unreacted KOH for its powerful effects?
