The longer answer:
Verify that your batch of JS is ok to use by trying it in a small area first.

Find some diseased plants, identify the disease.
Mix a small amount of a JNP fungicide that should be able to control the identified disease.
For example, to test if a solution can control powdery mildew, mix together 500ml soft water, 5ml JWA and 1.2ml JS.
Spray and observe the results for a few days.
If plants show no concentration damage and the disease is controlled, then this batch of JS is ok to use.
