Eating JLF is not recommended.

JLF has a healthy stimulating effect on crops because it is made from substances with the best nutritional balance for crops.

Also, JLF can improve nutritional balance only if both nutritional balance and microbial balance were already established before crops were planted.
If soil foundation and base fertilizer were not applied before planting, or if the quality of applied base fertilizer was poor, then using even the best quality JLF on crops will have only a minimal effect.

In human nutrition, similarly, it is best to improve core aspects of one's diet rather than concentrating on additives and supplements.

To improve a diet, JADAM recommends eating boiled or steamed mix of whole organic grains, more than 3 kinds of leafy greens and a small amount of sun-dried sea salt.
It is best if such mix of grains contains 2/3 brown rice and 1/3 of other grains, namely hulless barley, hulless oats (groats), emmer farro, spelt, millet and rye.
