How to rid flea beetle using Jadam

i have used jwa & js to control flea bettle but not very successful. can you guide me?

Do I need to make JWA or JS with soft water, with pH 7?
my water source is pH 4.5
Also does soft water need to be pH 7 to spray JWA & JS?

    There are similar pests in Korea.
    I too have had trouble with containment in the past.
    You can only see the effect if you use JWA in soft water and ginkgo biloba water (JHS) continuously. It is based on water hardness, not pH. You should use less than 25ppm water with the hardness crab sold on Amazon.
