how to deal with Fusarium?

Hi,
in the book the 16th example of pesticide deals with the Fusarium oxysporum correct?
i ask becuase it mentions it in passing and does not delve deeply into it. I assume that the treatment mentioned will work for both Verticillium and Fusarium right?
Its a simple formula of JMS, JHS and sea salt. 
No need for JS for this particular fungus?

    16 is recommended. The important thing is to use the drip hose for about 90 minutes before planting, repeating the irrigation about 4 times. Very effective.
