jwa color change

Hello master. The jwa I made about 4 months ago changed color. I made it from soft water and sunflower oil. The air temperature where I live is in the range of -1 -5 degrees. What could be the cause of the color change? respects

    Hi and thank you for the info. Do you use the same qty of sunflower oil? I can't find canola oil here.

      If the temperature is kept low, the color will become muddy. There is no problem using it.
