Is this correct about Step 3? You talked about bringing back the missing mineral from the ocean. Is this needed only when you see an issue, and what is the time frame you apply that?

    Liquid fertilizer containing a lot of nitrogen source is used only when growth is sluggish, and other liquid fertilizers can be used year-round.
