Chili boild JHS

Hello JADAM Team. I do JHS boiled with chillies and ginger and then add a 15 or 20% alcohol to preserve it. My questions are: with 20% of alcohol, same dose that normal JHS? and, do these two ingredients have to boil for 5 hours like ginko or is it too long and they will lose properties? Thank you for the answers, as always.

    You can increase the use of JHS to additional alcohol. It is suitable in 5 hours. thank you
