Drinking Leaf Mold

Hello! 

I believe in your book you mention using a "leaf mold tea" as a home remedy for your children when they are sick. I am very interested in using this methodology. I have access to an old growth forest. Do I just need to collect some leafs in a good area and mix them with some water to drink? 

Also, would winter time be any problem for this or will the microbes come back to life quickly if I use room temperature water?

    It can be used with leaf mold only. Winter is no problem. thank you. This method works great for my family. This method may not be generalizable to everyone. thank you.
