Anaerobic vs aerobic

Let me rephrase that question. Why have people moved away from the anaerobic process in the last 20 years, is there something that scientists have discovered in labs? Because what you have written is just an assumption, do you have a scientific theory behind it, and also these methods were popular back then, for example, anaerobic compost, but now it is considered a disgusting method, full of pathogens, and the weeds seeds are not killed in the anaerobic process.

    I understand that companies selling related machines spread the hypothesis that aerobic fermentation is good to justify the need for machines. Liquid fertilizer manufacturing technology, which has been in progress for thousands of years in Asia, was anaerobic.
