what else can be used instead of Phyllite  powder? 

it seems to be extremely hard to find. So I'm trying to figure out what else I can use in its place so I can make my JS for my garden.

    JS is complete even without Phyllite powder. In this case, there is no need for 24-hour precipitation.
    Rock dust or mud can be used instead of Phyllite powder.
