Question #2:
WHICH IS THE MAIN PRODUCT/CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE IN FINISHED JS?
I am no chemical expert, but when you make “lime sulfur” , the corrosive form of liquid Sulfur you often refer to, the main recipe is:
[ S8 + CaOH + H20 ] + heat
and you obtain a CALCIUM POLYSULFIDE and THIOSULFATE mix.
So with your main JS recipe:
[ S8 + NaOH + H2O ]
what will we be obtaining?
Context #2:
European (EU) Organic regulations are somehow different from USDA. I am starting an investigation on this, in order to see if JS would be allowed as an organic input… I am not so sure just now. Calcium polysulfure actually is allowed.
We could be tickling a dormant bear if JS works so nicely and is available for organic certified growers in the EU, so I'd like to be well prepared ahead. Is there any scientific paper on your JS invention I could refer to?
Looking forward to your help.
